Adult psychotherapy

Adult psychotherapy consists of regular, ongoing sessions that a person begins of their own accord.

In the psychoanalytic approach, sessions are set up as a space where the client can speak freely about whatever comes to mind. The meanings behind symptoms, recurring patterns in relationships and the person’s bond with their own history emerge within this speech.

The frequency and duration of sessions are agreed together in the first meetings. Sessions are held in person or online.
